Since its formation on 20th March 2016, we have worked as a team to develop a training programme for the experienced employees who are currently working in pharmacy. Over 300 of our members are already certified as “Pharmacy Technicians” after successful completion of Assessments conducted by National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA) with the assistance of the Tertiary and Vocational  Education Commission (TVEC) approved Assessors.

The organization is established for management of National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) certification programme for Pharmacy assistants, fulfilling the following purposes.

• To promote the NVQ programme among Pharmacy employees and Practicing Community Pharmacy Owners ( Entrepreneurs )
• To coordinate training programme
• To maintain close links with the government, other related departments, State, Social and Trade organizations and for development of the Training programme.
• To maintain relationships and exchange ideas with other organizations
• To develop a Career Path for the Pharmacy Technicians to qualify as Pharmacist through Apprenticeship system in Pharmacy
